We’ve designed the Electro-Steam Jet System Modular Conveyor Belt Cleaning System to fully clean modular belt surfaces using high-temperature dry steam.

This highly effective and powerful cleaning system is simple to install, portable, and lightweight for safe integration into your current conveyance system. Each system has a fully programmable robotic arm and rotating steam “spinner” head that can accommodate 12-inch to 72-inch belt widths ensuring full surface-width coverage. The 8” Spinner is standard equipment on all of our Robotic Jet Systems at no additional charge. No more water collecting and puddling on the floor or soiled wastewater running to your drain from your conventional cleaning methods. The Robotic Jet System uses only ounces of water per minute and much of it evaporates before it hits the floor, leaving you only to manage a pile of moist soil left behind and a clean and dry conveyor. Effective, efficient, saves time, and is totally chemical free using only water!

The dry vapor steam cleans the conveyor belt surfaces continuously without slowing down operations. Operators can also modify the fully programmable system to control for different belt speeds.

Industrial Vacuum

Specialized for hot liquid and steam and equipped with HEPA filtration, the vacuum removes soil and water from the brushless belt system, helps dry the belt surface, and collects excess steam. This helps ensure a clean food plant floor and a clean, sanitized belt ready for the next production run. The black vacuum hose attached to the vacuum suctions in soil and excess moisture from the belt and into the vacuum for easy disposal. The other end of the black hose is attached to the vacuum outlet on the Custom Brushless Conveyor Belt Cleaner.

When a soiled conveyor belt passes through the Custom Brushless Conveyor Belt Cleaner, it comes out clean, sanitized, and dry. Product remnants (including food remains, oils, glazes, and bacteria) are removed, and carryback is eliminated, which helps prevent premature belt wear and leads to a longer overall service life.

Custom Brushless Conveyor Belt Cleaner

The Electro-Steam^™ Eagle Series Brushless Conveyor Belt Cleaning System is fully customizable to fit your needs. It will clean and sanitize a wide range of conveyor belt sizes and materials. This system utilizes the dry steam vapor produced by the portable Eagle Series Steam Cleaner to blast the conveyor belt, breaking down accumulated debris and soil while sanitizing and drying the belt as it passes through the cleaning head.

Hot Dry Steam Inlet

The proprietary mechanical hose is attached to the hot dry steam inlet of the Custom Brushless Conveyor Belt Cleaner. The hose sends the steam that will jet onto the belt through the custom-engineered steam rail on the belt cleaning system’s steam head side.

Eagle Series Dry Steam Cleaners
